Maintenance to Stern Shafts
ICEBREAKER L’ASTROLABE
The L’Astrolabe icebreaker docked at the Australian Marine Complex (AMC) in Henderson, Western Australia for a two month maintenance project.
FFE conducted maintenance on the Astrolabe’s stern shafts to fit new bearing sleeves and stern bearings, and to refit the shafts and bearings.
On completion of the works FFE inspected, tested and certified all parts to NATA standards.
